Someone else made a purchase in my game!

Purchases made by accident, or deliberately, are handled by the payment platform that you use and requests must go through their resolution center.

We recommend setting up Parental Controls on your device to avoid this in the future.

I didn't get my Android purchase

My Purchase was Canceled!

If you’ve tried making a purchase but your order was canceled, you will not be charged for that order.

However, Google Play may put a temporary “reservation” on your credit card equal to the value of the purchase. But don’t sweat it; these “reservations” clear automatically in a short period.

Canceled purchases are likely to occur if your billing address, and/or the name registered in your Google Wallet is different than the one on your credit card.

You can fix this by contacting your bank to confirm details, then log into your Google Pay, and enter “Payment Methods,” to verify that your information is consistent.

If you haven't received what you bought, please contact us with a screenshot of your order receipt.

I didn't get my iOS purchase

Orders usually deliver instantly, but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same pack again - it should arrive soon!

I can't buy offers!

What if I can't see the shop at all, or make an order?
Purchase problems occur for a few different reasons, their fixes depend on device type.

Apple:
Because Apple processes payments made toward the game, it’s important to have your device settings properly configured before making a purchase.

If you’ve made an order that has been processing for 24 hours or more, please contact Apple Support here.

Android:
If you are trying to make a purchase with your Google account, you may also experience the issues mentioned above. In order to resolve these, please follow the link to Google Play Support.

Payment methods on Android

Add a payment method:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu > Account > Add payment method
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions
  4. The new payment method will be added to your Google account

Edit a payment method:
  1. Open the game
  2. Go to the shop
  3. Tap the package you want to purchase
  4. Tap on "Payment methods"
  5. Choose from one of your existing payment methods or add a new one
  6. Complete your purchase
Note: if you add a payment method while making a purchase, it will be saved in your account.
Remove a payment method:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu > Payment Methods
  3. Select the payment method you would like to remove
  4. Tap the 'More' button in the top right, and select "Remove Payment Method"
The payment method will be removed from your Google account.

Accepted Payment Methods on Android:
Google Play processes all purchases made via the in-game shop. Google purchase methods vary by country.

  • Credit & debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, additional country-specific cards (e.g. Elo credit cards in Brazil)
  • Carrier Billing: depending on customer country and carrier (full list available here)
  • If it's your first time making a purchase, your payment method will be added to your Google account.

Add or remove a payment method:
  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Tap on your name at the top of the list
  3. Tap on "View Apple ID" and sign in to your ID
  4. Tap "Manage Payments" to view the list of all your current payment methods
    1. Tap “Add Payment Method” to add a new payment method to your Apple ID.
    2. Tap “Edit” in the upper-right corner of the screen, and tap the “Remove” icon, or swipe left to delete the payment method
  5. When you're done, tap "Done" to save your changes.

You can update and reorder the payment methods by following the same steps above.

To review your purchase history, please check the guides below:

iOS:
  1. Open the Settings of your device
  2. Tap on your username, then tap ‘Media & Purchases’
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID
  4. Tap on ‘Purchase History

Android:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap on ‘Menu’, then tap ‘Account’

You can also enter Google Payments, then log in with your desired Google account.

Navigating Email Receipts:
You can also find your iOS and Google Play, receipts by searching in your connected Email account by using keyword combinations, such as: ’Purchase’, and ’Receipt’

Packs: How do I get the extra percentage?

When you purchase a pack and see X% more, it’s to let you know the added value of that pack; it’s how we show you that you’re receiving a certain percentage more than what’s normally offered.

The pack price listed already includes those extra items, so you get exactly what you see - no hidden fees! 💰

For example, let’s say a pack would typically cost $4 for 100 Spins. If you then see a pack of $4 for 150 Spins (with the 50% more sticker), the price of the pack and amount of items you’ll receive in the pack already take the extra percentage into account. You’re simply receiving 50% more Spins than that standard $4 for 100 Spins pack.
