Sharing your account is never okay

Selling, buying, sharing, or giving game accounts to other players is against our Terms of Service. ❌
Each game account belongs to only one player.

Sharing your account puts your privacy at risk, but also all of your other accounts. When several players are playing an account, it might be impossible to return the account to the original owner and keep the invading player out. Playing another player's accounts might give this player access to your accounts.

Sharing your account risks other damages inside the game through misuse of your game account, such as spent resources or bans for offensive behaviour.

Because account sharing can cause problems and you are responsible for anything that happens through your account, we reserve the right to close shared accounts permanently.

Phishing for accounts is not okay!

Any attempt to gain access to another player's account (also known as 'phishing') will result in disciplinary action taken against the phisher's account(s).

Accepting someone's offer to access their account will also result in disciplinary action. Read more about shared accounts here.

For more information, please visit our Terms of Service. ❌

Don't be a cheat!

Cheating is bypassing game systems to receive unfair advantages, including the use of any third-party software to access and modify your game.

To protect our players, we investigate all cheating activities and take measures against all accounts that violate fair play rules, including permanent bans.

We consider “bot” and “mod” use cheating, and strongly encourage players to remove any of the aforementioned programs from their devices.

Third party software consists of unapproved apps that manipulate gameplay. By altering game functionality, third party software aims to provide unfair advantages, while putting your account and privacy at risk.

Third party software includes:
  • Hacks, "mods," or programs that unfairly alter game functionality
  • "Bots," or gameplay automation services or scripts
  • Any other programs that aim to modify or provide unearned progress

Consequences of misconduct:
Trying to gain an unfair advantage by using prohibited 3rd party software will result in a permanent ban for any offending account(s).

The following actions are considered cheating:
  • Exploiting in-game bugs (to unfairly advance game progress) - please report bugs to our Support team as soon as you notice them.
  • Disclosing account passwords to third parties for profit.
  • Installing Funimalz from sources outside of official application stores, e.g. using emulators or jailbreak.
  • Using third-party software to manipulate game progress.
  • Manipulating your date & time settings ⏱
  • Purchasing in-game resources from sources other than the in-game store.
  • Using multiple devices to gain unfair advantages.

Cheating often causes major technical issues such as missing events and rewards or even lost progress. Additionally, we reserve the right to withhold support from cheaters who play unfairly.

There is no official or approved external Funimalz software (free or paid). We never employ the services of third parties to sell in-game resources or alter gameplay ❌

We want everyone to enjoy Funimalz to the fullest! Keep your account safe by playing fair 💚

How to report a cheater?

We always appreciate your efforts to keep Funimalz fair 🤗 If you believe another player is cheating, follow these steps:
  1. Take a screenshot of the player’s actions 📸
  2. Report it to our Customer Support with a Support button in Settings ⚙️

Sometimes, it might appear that another player is gaining competition points too fast. Don’t worry, it usually happens if other players go offline while playing. After these players regain a stable internet connection, the system updates the rankings at once, causing the sudden increase in points 😊

We’ll thoroughly investigate each report to ensure there's no cheating 💚 Let’s keep Funimalz fun for everyone!

Cheaper Coins/Spins are a scam

Certain websites and individuals might offer discounted Coins/Spins. Don't be fooled - it's a scam.

Such practices request private login data (such as Apple ID, Google Play credentials, etc.) in order to access your game account.

Offering coins or boosters cheaper than what their price is inside the games store is only possible by utilising e.g. stolen credit cards or other fraudulent means - do not get involved in this kind of activity.

WARNING:
  • These vendors will gain access to your account and oftentimes, hijack the account and try selling it to other players.
  • If you release your private information/credentials to 3rd parties, you're permanently placing your game and financial/online security in a high-risk situation.
  • Coins/Spins bought from 3rd parties put your account at risk of being disqualified from tournaments, events, and game features, as well as being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Consequences of misconduct:
Purchasing Coins or Spins from 3rd party vendors can lead to revoked in-app currency and can even get your account permanently banned.

What is Safe and Fair Play?

“Safe and Fair Play” is our effort to provide a secure and fair environment for all Funimalz gamers.

In pursuing that goal, we do not tolerate cheating or abusive behaviour. Accounts found to be in misconduct with our Safe and Fair Play Policy will face penalties, such as revoked in-game currency, temporary game suspension, and permanent game account closure.

By offering this warning, we hope to give all players a chance to enjoy our games the fair way.

Help us create a great gaming environment, and safeguard your account and device by keeping Safe and Fair Play in mind when playing.

Parent's Guide

For Parents:

You probably have questions about keeping you or your children safe while connected to our games through your mobile device. Things like age limits, in-app purchases, and privacy are all very valid concerns, and we’re here to make sure that you get the support you need.

To make sure you can enjoy Funimalz game in a safe and controlled environment, we stick to a clear set of principles that have served our gamers and us well:
  • We respect our gamers, and we put all our might into making the most fun games for them to enjoy. We’ll never sacrifice game quality for any other short-term considerations.
  • We want you to be in total control of your experience with Funimalz. That means that before you or your child download our games, you should be given upfront information about the game’s content. It should be totally clear when you’re about to make any purchases within a game.

If you or your child ever has any problems with our games, you should be able to quickly find out how to fix it. As well as providing guides like this, that means helping you to contact the right company for your issue, whether it’s to do with payments (which will usually be Google or Apple, who process purchases and refunds) or the game itself (which will usually be us).

Read on as we try to cover what might be your most likely questions. If we’ve missed anything, email us at support@funimalz.com. In your email, be sure to include any specific details that might be useful, like what happened and when, possible transaction ID receipts, relevant screenshots, etc.

What are the age limits and general policies for Funimalz game?
All of our games are made for and offered to people who are at least 13 years of age. You can get more details on our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.

Please note: You can find published age recommendations on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store on iTunes. However, these age or maturity classifications refer only to the content in our games (similar to movie ratings G, PG or PG-13 in the U.S., but related to gameplay, animations, etc.). For more on how these categories are defined, visit these support websites for Apple and Google.

How can I manage or turn off in-app purchases?
All of our games are free to download. Please note, however, that our games also offer entirely optional “in-app purchases.” These purchases are never required to play the game, but can be used to enhance some elements of gameplay. In-app purchases vary in price and range from $0.99 to $99.99 (without taxes) in U.S. app stores.

In-app purchases are paid for with real money, and are always clearly labeled as such. They’re accessible “in game,” meaning that the options to make a purchase are found within the game itself.

Important: You can easily manage the ability to make in-app purchases, adjust password protection settings, or disable in-app purchases entirely through your mobile device’s general settings. The way to do this depends on whether you’re using an Apple iOS device, like an iPhone or an iPad, or a Google Android device. Either way, the instructions you need are here:

Who processes in-app purchases?
Here at Funimalz, we don’t process payments for in-app purchases, or have access to any of your credit card information. That’s because the payment transactions themselves are completed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play (depending on your device), via your personal email address associated with that account. Receipts for these transactions are emailed to you by Apple or Google after each purchase (though, please note that any post-purchase processes are controlled by Apple or Google and are subject to change by them).

I've seen another site that offers me in-game products for Funimalz game.
Can I buy from them?
Beware of any third party sites that promise you enhancements for our games (like “free coin” websites, etc). These sites may collect your personal information, money, or both, and often never deliver the promised in-game products. If you want to make an in-app purchase, the safest way is simply to make the purchase through the game itself on your mobile device. Selling, redeeming, or trading virtual in-game currency is otherwise not allowed by our Terms of Service.

My child accidentally made an in-app purchase. Can I get a refund?
As with most downloadable software products, items bought in our games (in-app purchases) are non-refundable. In rare cases, exceptions can be applied.

If the purchase was made on an Apple (iOS) device:
For purchases made on an iOS device, Funimalz is not able to handle refunds directly. Please visit Apple support and select the "Contact iTunes store support" link, then "Purchases, billing and redemption" and choose the option that fits you best.

If the purchase was made on a Google (Android) device:
Please send an email to support@funimalz.com or contact us directly through Support button. In your message, please state the name of the game the purchase was made in and add the receipt of the purchase. The transaction ID at the bottom of the document must be visible. Receipts for transactions have been emailed to you by Google after each purchase.

I've received a bill for a purchase I didn't make. What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity?

If you or your child have never played one of our games, but suspect that there’s been fraudulent transaction activity on your account, then you should immediately contact Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices), who control the transaction process.

For Apple (iOS) devices:
Visit Apple support and choose the option that fits you best.

For Google (Android) devices:
Visit Google support and perform a search, or use the “Get Help” button on the page (English language site only).

If you’ve already contacted Apple or Google about suspected fraudulent activity and they’ve sent you to us, please contact us at support@funimalz.com. Be sure to include specific details like what happened and when, transaction ID receipts, relevant screenshots, etc.

Also, be sure to read through our Fraud Issues section for more information about suspected fraudulent activity.

What is Funimalz policy on privacy?
Your privacy is always our top priority. Here at Funimalz, we don’t have access to any of your credit card information. That’s because the payment transactions themselves are completed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play (depending on your device), via your personal email address associated with that account. We’ll also always ask for your consent when it comes to sending direct marketing messages to your mobile device.

We won’t sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
