How to Start a New Game?

Feel like experiencing your Funimalz adventure all over again? 😍 Here's how to contact our Customer Support to reset your progress:

💚 On an iOS/Android device:
  1. Open Settings ⚙️
  2. Tap on Support button.
  3. Send us a letter. Header should be “Personal data and progress deletion”.

How to Delete an Account?

You can delete your progress and data yourself using the settings menu.

Be careful and cautious. This action is not reversible and you will not be able to restore your progress, even by contacting support.

General troubleshooting for mobile devices

If your game is freezing, crashing, not loading, or behaving irregularly we recommend trying these steps:

  1. Please close all apps and restart the device.
  2. Make sure you have the latest update of the game installed.
  3. Launch the game.

If your game is still not working properly after following the steps above please contact our Support team by going to Settings ⚙ > Support.

Lastly, please try to answer the following questions in your email to us:

  1. When did this issue first start happening - after an update?
  2. Does it happen when the game is loading or within the game itself?
  3. Does it happen during a raid, attack or other action?
  4. Does it happen regularly?
  5. If possible, please send us a screenshot or a video of this happening.

Unstable Connection

Connection errors can happen seemingly at random. Even with a strong internet connection, there may be other apps or services that are interfering with the game’s connection. We recommend shutting down the game completely (removing from recent apps) and launching again. Follow the General Troubleshooting Guide for more detailed instructions.

If your game is still not working correctly after following the steps in the troubleshooting guide, please contact our Support team. It can be done with a Support button in Settings ⚙️.
